Here we are, Adzey and myself arrived on Wednesday around lunchtime roughly eighteen hours behind schedule. The large two level house is located in Perthvile, about twelve kilometers from Bathurst and has a population of only a few hundred. We knew we had some work in front of us as we arrived, due to abnormal country rainfalls the lawn on the property was at least a foot high in some places and several fence posts on the property had had encounters with vehicles or simply fell due to the base rotting. The property close to an acre in size meant several hours of work were awaiting us. Fantastic this is why we went.
